1、Rubisco抗体

Rubisco(核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化酶)是光合作用中决定碳同化速率的关键酶,同时也是植物光呼吸的关键酶。从紫色细菌到植物,它的同源性已经得到了证实,并且由两个蛋白质亚基组成,每个亚基有8个拷贝。在植物和绿藻中,大亚基(~55KDa)由叶绿体rbcl基因编码,小亚基(15kDa)由核rbcs基因家族编码。Agrisera的Rubisco相关抗体已验证可与多种植物和藻类有反应性,如拟南芥、芹菜、青蒿等。

3、Phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase抗体

磷酸烯醇丙酮酸羧化酶(Phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase,PEPC),EC=4.1.1.31,属于羧化酶家族。在PEPC催化下,CO2与磷酸烯醇丙酮酸(PEP)结合生成草酰乙酸。磷酸烯醇丙酮酸羧化酶(PEPC)是碳同化途径中最重要的酶之一,无论C3还是C4植物中都存在。
